Our Culture is to celebrate and share success

Our philosophy is to constantly seek for great performance within our organisation. We therefore created a CFS Award system which enables all our employees to select their colleagues who could qualify for a nomination and ultimately an award for one of the following categories:

• Lifecycle Performance: Achievements that deliver our value propositions to our customers
• CFS Goals: Achievements that fulfill our strategy and financial objectives
• Living the Values: Achievements that reflect our values in the way we work with customers and colleagues in line with our goals

All nominations are published on our Intranet and the award winners will be selected yearly by our Awards Jury.

As our Culture is to celebrate and share success, the winners are invited for a special celebration during our yearly Management Conference.
