CFS Aquarius is exhibiting in hall 4, booth B 47 and in hall 11, booth F 56/G 55 CFS and CFS Tiromat are on display. The focus is on the daily operational challenges of packers: variety and flexibility, cost per kg / per pack, food safety and environment along with how to translate this in the right products & packs. In hall 4 CFS Aquarius will launch a new generation SmartPacker TwinTube. This double tube bagging system is capable of running at highest performance up to 400 bags per minute with more flexibility in a limited space. The new TwinTube C can now optionally also handle single reels (for each tube a separate reel) so that optional packaging flexibility is achieved! Running small portion packs the SmartPacker TwinTube fits perfectly in the trend of Portion calorie packs. Also on display is the latest model high-speed double twist wrapping machine for ball lollipops the TwistWrapper. The TwistWrapper runs at highest speed 1.000 lollipops a minute and does this with significant material savings. An optional labelling system enables the customer to have premium labels on the inside of the wrap for promotion.
CFS Aquarius Confectionery Innovation shows
Prior to the Interpack exhibition CFS Aquarius organizes the Confectionery Innovation show in their facility in Weert/The Netherlands. On Approximately 45 minutes drive from Düsseldorf visitors will see complete CFS Aquarius Lollipop lines running and can discover the newest trends in confectionery packaging and lollipop forming and packaging.
CFS shows the equipment, materials and solutions running
In hall 11 at the CFS booth, visitors can see the latest developments in slicing and packaging equipment, packaging materials as well as the range of complete solutions. Details will be shown on a number of PC’s, each running dozens of videos. On display will be a CFS SmartPacker equipped with the new ultrasonic sealing unit that will be introduced specially for the market segments salads, shredded cheese and mozzarella. The new system guarantees that no rejects will occur due to product in cross seals and that highest efficiencies can be achieved.
