With Aquarius equipment from CFS Weert a wide range of flat and fancy shapes can be created, mainly limited by your imagination. The forming-wrapping-cooling-packaging process is standard for flat lollipops. The sugar mass is formed into the desired shape and immediately wrapped. The lollipops are wrapped into a sandwich wrap to avoid deforming or losing any design detail. If a different packaging style is desired, such as bunchwrap, the lollipop is cooled before wrapping.
