In order to make life easier for all parties involved and to speed up the warranty processes, CFS introduces a new working method for returning goods as of October 1st 2010.

When a part is incorrect or faulty, please inform your
CFS contact. We will take care that the correct or new parts are shipped to you ASAP. The parcel in which you receive the goods will be a returnable package that you can re-use to return the incorrect or faulty parts.

PRE-PAID RETURN
A prepaid AWB will be enclosed in the parcel for quick return of the old parts. The newly delivered parts will be invoiced to you as our customer, however if you return the old parts within 4 weeks, the contents of the parcel will be checked and the invoice will automatically be credited.

VITAL INFORMATION NEEDED
To be able to know what is coming back, we ask you to fill out the return form which we will provide you with.


Please ensure that the goods are returned in a clean state to prevent possible health risks.
